⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deanna is the best. And Tyler is awesome too. Ferman Collision Center – Clearwater exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Having your vehicle in a collision shop is never ideal, but the team here made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. From the estimate to the final pickup, communication was excellent, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The quality of the repairs was outstanding. My vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident—the paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was flawless, and the attention to detail was obvious. They clearly take pride in their craftsmanship and don’t cut corners. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with the repairs. They answered all of my questions, worked seamlessly with the insurance process, and made everything as convenient as possible. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that delivers exceptional workmanship, honest communication, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Ferman Collision Center in Clearwater. To the Team at Ferman Ford, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and craftsmanship your team demonstrated while working on my vehicle. From start to finish, every aspect of the experience reflected professionalism, skill, and genuine care. Your technicians displayed exceptional attention to detail in their workmanship, and it truly shows in the quality of the finished result. I was especially impressed by the empathy and concern your staff showed throughout the process — it was clear that my satisfaction and safety were top priorities. What stood out most was the efficiency and timeliness with which the work was completed. Not only was everything done promptly, but your consistent communication kept me informed at every stage. Knowing when to expect updates and exactly when my vehicle would be ready provided peace of mind and a sense of trust that’s rare to find. Please extend my gratitude to everyone involved in the service and communication process. Your team went above and beyond, and it has not gone unnoticed. I will gladly recommend Ferman Ford to friends and family, knowing they’ll be treated with the same level of professio

Leo was amazing. He couldn’t arrange things the way I wanted but through no fault of his own. Constantly cared if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. He made process enjoyable. Chase, Nabil, and Robo were also great. I’d come back for my truck needs and recommend Ferman to anyone looking. I would add the picture of us with it but “someone” hasn’t posted it yet!! Thanks for everything guys.

My MINI Cooper was in a fender bender- my first accident ever - and I was so stressed how the process would go from the insurance claim to repairs. The girl who hit me was at fault and her Allstate Insurance took care of everything - (hugely impressed with Allstate). I chose Ferman Collision in Clearwater on recommendation of my sales person at the local MINI Cooper dealership. I can’t believe how seamless the process was. Ashley took care of updating me, and Trevor the body shop technician did as well. He was so kind. He even gave me a brief tour of the body shop because I was interested in the behind-the-scenes of auto repair. Such a cool business. Anyway- my car was ready in 2 weeks time. It is even better than it was before the accident.
